This relates 100% to how practicing hypnosis or meditation, and becoming aware of what we want for ourselves INSTEAD of what we currently experience day after day through coaching or journaling or traveling or reading can lead to you LIVING YOUR DREAM LIFE!!
So, to review.
1) Become aware of your area of stuckness–where you are most frustrated.
2) Decide you want something new.
3) Identify exactly what you want instead.
4) PRACTICE imagining you have and are what you most desire right now through DAILY meditation, hypnosis, etc.
5) Find a mentor/coach to hold you accountable to staying with your new decision and plan to create something new for yourself. (When we’re so used to feeling a certain way about something, we naturally resist stepping into the newness of what we want instead)–an accountability partner is VITAL.
6) Allow the laws of attraction to take over.
